The World Around Us # 31 is an early silver age comic by Jack Kirby from 1961. The comic also features artwork by Marvel silver age legends Dick Ayers and DC’s Sam Glanzman. Kirby illustrates several features including one about President Theodore Roosevelt. This comic pre-dates Jack Kirby’s 1st work on Fantastic Four for Marvel.
