The book was signed by was signed by Co-Creator Larry Lieber (Stan Lee's Brother) at the New York Comic Con 2017.   This signature is RARE as Larry Lieber does very few con appearances due to age.  The signature was eye-witnessed by a Brooklyn Comic Shop representative. Uncanny X-Men # 128 features Proteus, and has brief appearances by Magneto and Multiple Man in Flashback. This issue is part of the legendary comic run of John Byrne and Chris Claremont that shaped the scope of X-Men to this day. The Byrne/Claremont team reinvigorated interest in the X Men franchise and saved it from cancellation. These stories developed Wolverine's background and was the source of some of the greatest X-Men stories, "Days Of Future Past" and "the Dark Phoenix Saga."

The Phantom was created by writer Lee Falk (1911-1999). The Phantom has been featured in movie serials from the 1940's, Radio shows, Cartoon series, and a modern Live Action film in 1996. The character was one of the major influences of Batman, whose creators heavily borrowed from the Phantom. The newspaper strip began publication in 1936 and is still published today. This artwork is the original production artwork and is one of a kind. The artwork comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity COA hand signed by Elizabeth Falk from the Lee Falk Estate.
