This is one of the final issues of the TMNT Adventures comic series by Archie Comics.
The series ended with 72. Because of the series coming to a close, these final issues saw extremely low production runs.
This is the first comic book series to feature He-Man and the Masters Of The Universe. DC Comics won the license to produce mini-comics for the toyline, and released this three part series as an original story during the early 1980's.
