** This comic is a File Copy that belonged to comic artist, Saul Kessler, who worked on this comic. He was an animator at the Max Fleischer Studios in Brooklyn and worked on Popeye and Betty Boop animation. Kessler specialized in cartoon humor art for DC Comics from 1944-1947.

This comic was obtained directly from the Saul Kessler estate and comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity COA.

Comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A).
