Date: 1985 Condition Notes: High Grade Condition Avengers # 257 features the first appearance of Nebula, grand daughter of Thanos. Nebula was played by actress Karen Gillan from Guardians Of The Galaxy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

About: Secret Wars # 8 features the Origin of the Venom Alien and tells how Spider-Man acquired the black suit. This issue of Secret Wars was published at the same time that the original Venom storyline was concluding in Amazing Spider-Man # 258, which revealed the costume to be an evil alien symbiote. Signature Notes: Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars # 8 was signed by artist, Michael Zeck and inker John Beatty at the Mohegan Sun Terrific Con 2018. Spider-Man Editor Danny Fingeroth signed the comic at the Jewish Comic Con 2018. Swamp Thing # 59 has been hand signed by Bernie Wrightson (1948-2017, Swamp Thing Co-Creator) and John Totleben (Inker) at the Baltimore Comic Con 2015. Alan Moore changed comics with his innovative writing on Swamp Thing. Combined with a detailed and mood setting art by Steve Bissette, John Totleben and Alfredo Alcala among others, Alan Moore's Swamp Thing led the way for more mature stories in main stream comics that would eventually lead to DC's Vertigo imprint. Uncanny X-Men # 128 features Proteus, and has brief appearances by Magneto and Multiple Man in Flashback. This issue is part of the legendary comic run of John Byrne and Chris Claremont that shaped the scope of X-Men to this day. The Byrne/Claremont team reinvigorated interest in the X Men franchise and saved it from cancellation. These stories developed Wolverine's background and was the source of some of the greatest X-Men stories, "Days Of Future Past" and "the Dark Phoenix Saga."

This is the fourth full appearance of Deadpool! The comic book has been signed by Deadpool Co-Creator, Fabian Nicieza and artist Greg Capullo (New 52 Batman, Spawn). The signature was obtained by a Brooklyn Comic Shop representative and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A).
