This issue of Secret Wars was published at the same time that the original Venom storyline was concluding in Amazing Spider-Man # 258, which revealed the costume to be an evil alien symbiote. Signature Notes: Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars # 8 was signed by artist, Michael Zeck and inker John Beatty at the Mohegan Sun Terrific Con 2018. Spider-Man Editor Danny Fingeroth signed the comic at the Jewish Comic Con 2018.
