Crisis On Infinite Earths was a major storyline published by DC Comics to reorganize and streamline their 50 year company history. The story served to merge conflicting stories and characters that had developed through many different editors and writers over the years.
Crisis On Infinite Earths saw the deaths of many DC characters, most importantly being Supergirl and the Flash. The series also re-imagined DC's Golden Age to remove Superman and Batman from World War II and to include the histories of comic book characters that DC had purchased from Quality Comics (The Ray, Uncle Sam, Plastic Man, Phantom Lady), Fawcett Publications (Shazam! Captain Marvel), Charlton Comics (Blue Beetle, The Question) among others.

This is a RARE signature to obtain, as Joe Shuster made very few convention appearances in only a 10 year span. Unlike his writing partner, Jerry Siegel, Shuster never had any autograph deals for numbered editions. This makes his signature extremely collectible and highly sought after. This after all is the creator of Superman!

Jerry Siegel (1914-1992) is regarded as the main creator of Superman. As a writer, he partnered with artist, Joe Shuster, who created the look of the character. They began developing Superman in 1933 and pitched the comic to many publishers before seeing print in 1938. Action Comics # 1 (1st Superman) went on to become the highest selling book at the time and continues to be the most valuable comic to date.
This comic set features the first cameo appearances of Doomsday that pre-date the Death of Superman storyline.
These four books each shows a progressive scene of Doomsday attempting to break free of his containment cell by punching through a metal wall.
This copy of Superman # 75 has been hand-signed by Seven members of the creative team of artists and writers that worked on the Death of Superman Storyline.
It is RARE to have so many artists and writers signed on this comic.
This is the final part of the Death of Superman storyline, which sees Superman fall in battle to the villain Doomsday. This story was part of the Superman Vs Batman 2016 Movie.
